Throughout the year, CFFC have Club Meetings every 2nd Wednesday of the month with the exception of July and August.
Held at the Vale Social Club, Colwick Vale,at 7.30pm prompt, the evening usually begins with the formal meeting which deals with the day to day running of the club. Once that is done, the evening is then open for social chat or perhaps a presentation or demonstarion by a speicialist on such topics as fly dressing, river fishing etc.

In the fishing season, we hold a variety of Matches and social fishing days at various other fisheries around the Midlands area.
Although there are Trophies associated wth them, these matches are generally light hearted affairs and more an opportunity to fish in other venues and with boat partners perhaps different from your usual.
